ENGRAVING GUARANTEE
We want you to cherish and love your engraved piece of jewelry.
Thats why all our engravings come with a 3 month guarantee. Our engravings are made by our state of the art engraving machine's which are engraved on the surface of the gold. This preserves the gold, giving your piece a readable and desired look.
Our engraving machine's are able to produce the most finest detailed engravings with impeccable accuracy.
If your engraving fades or loses the intensity of the engraving, we will re-engrave the same piece for free.
We do not cover any engravings that have been scratched, damaged or show signs or general wear and tear.
All re-engraved pieces are done to make sure they are aligned up to the original engraving but the results may very on the re-engraved piece.

The cost of sending the piece to us is covered by the buyer. We highly advise all jewelry is posted tracked and signed.
There is no charge for the jewelry to be returned to the buyer. We send all jewelry back via Royal Mail, second class recorded delivery.

The current turn around on re-engraved pieces is 2 - 3 weeks once the piece has been received into the office.

Once the piece has been re-engraved the 3 month guarantee does not start again. The guarantee stands from the original purchase date.
