How to store my jewelry

The correct way to store your jewelry is in a dry, fabric lined jewelry box. If you don’t have a jewelry box store the pieces in a velvet bag. Keep any other pieces in separate jewelry bags. This will help prevent them from scratching one another.

Store your pieces at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. This will help to prevent premature tarnishing and discolouration.

Cleaning

Day to day cleaning

We would recommend you clean your piece once you have finished wearing it with a polishing cloth. This will help remove any sweat, lotions and oils before storing away your jewelry away.

Weekly cleaning

Cleaning your jewelry weekly will be beneficial to keep your piece looking shiny and like new. This will help remove all oils and dirt from your jewelry that may have been missed from your day to day cleaning.

To clean your jewelry, take some warm water, mild soap and a soft bristled brush. Lightly scrub your piece thoroughly and rinse off making sure no soap residue is left on.

Once you have cleaned your jewelry, dry it off with a soft cloth. Lightly polishing your jewelry with a polishing cloth will help maintain it looking shinny.

Returns

Here at FYNE we offer a 14 day hassle free returns policy.

We will accept a refund for any unsuitable item(s) providing they are returned in the original unworn condition and packaging.

Any jewelry must be clasped and hung back onto the jewelry card holder to avoid any tangles during transit. Do not throw the item(s) back into the box. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom pieces, personalised, pierced jewellery, sale items and tangled pieces due to improper secure packaging. 

Refunds

We do not offer a refund on items that are personalized, pierced items and custom-made items.

Please allow 7 – 10 working days for us to receive back your return, process your return and confirm the refund.

You will receive and email to confirm your return has been returned back to us and the return is being processed.

You shall receive a final email confirming your refund amount.

Depending on your original payment method, please allow the following estimated times for your refund to reach you.

• Bank payments can take 5 – 7 working days
• PayPal payments can take 2 – 3 working days

MEASURING FOR YOUR BRACELET

1.  Wrap some string around where you would like your bracelet to sit and mark the length with a pen. 

2.  On a ruler measure the length in inches. 

3.  Select your size or closest to size from the menu. 

4. The bracelets come with a 1 inch extender which allows some wiggle room if needed.

OUR LENGTH: The bracelet is laid out and measured including the clasp from one end to the other end. 

Multiple pieces are boxed together. Please leave a short note at the checkout to box pieces separately.

Are you buying this piece as a gift but don't know their size? The average womens wrist size is between 6 - 7 inches.

Our bracelets come with a chain extender so it can be adjusted to suit.
