All the final prices at the checkout are based on GBP.

Our store prices are subject to change without any given notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of our online store without any notice.

Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes and custom charges that may be applied in their country. Each country holds its own regulation around tax. It is important for the buyer to know what their countries tax regulation is before making a purchase.

The final price payable on the site when purchasing does not include any duties or custom charges.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS

Our images are taken to show as much details of the overall product. Due to the device, you are viewing the site, the images may appear smaller or larger.

All products have detailed sizing measurements so therefore we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of the actual product size.

Measurements are taken as accurately as possible. It is not permitted to cancel or consider a defect product due to very minor variations.

We strive to display the most realistic images of our products however due to different devices; colours may be perceived differently. We cannot be held responsible for any purchases made with the wrong perception of colour.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENTS

We accept payment using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

You are still able to make payment on PayPal using your using your credit/debit card even if you do not hold a PayPal.

All order payments will need to be verified and cleared before an order number is generated.

SECTION 7 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to you to make sure that the details you provide are correct and up to date before completing your purchase. It is your responsibility to update any account information which includes your address, email address and credit and debit cards.

Once acceptance of your order has taken place, you the buyer will receive a confirmation email to the email address that has been registered with us. Each order that has been fully paid for shall be contracted under these Terms & Conditions (“an Order”). An order number will be assigned when the acceptance of the order has been completed.

We reserve the right to decline any orders that are made through the site. This may include limiting the number of orders that have been made under the same account name, the same billing address and or the same credit card and if thi was to happen, we will inform you through email or the contact number provided. It is our discretion to cancel any orders that may appear to be placed for resale or by dealers.

We do not accept any cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed. You will need to wait for the order to be received and follow the returns information.

SECTION 8 – RETURNED PARCELS

Any packages that are returned to us due to being unclaimed, undeliverable, if a package has been refused by the addressee or a parcel with the wrong address has furnished it no eligible for a refund of the cost of the merchandise.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the additional shipping excluding any free shipping promotional codes.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or pierced jewelry.

We do not accept exchanges on any of our merchandise.

We offer a 14-day hassle free returns on our jewelry which excludes custom or personalised jewlery. All returns postage is to be covered by the buyer.

We strongly advise to use a tracking service.

If you believe you may has received the wrong item, please contact us at support@fynejewelry.co.uk using the subject heading “Incorrect Item Received” providing as much information along with pictures to why you believe you have received the wrong item.
